We continue with our 3 years multi-level Hakomi Spain training this February. This time we will gather online, it will be a cosmopolitan and international group of people with diferent origins and interests. It is a Multi Level format and we are please to announce that we will hosting a large number of people with a large experience in Hakomi.

These 4 days will be focus on HOW TO WORK HAKOMI ONLINE, and how to work with what this «present moment» (pandemic situation) is bringing to many of us. Including the emotions of grief, uncertainty, states of shock/freezing states.

This module will be facilitated by Trudy Jonshton (UK) and Sophie Cattier (Switzerland) who will be as usual assisted by Carlos Ramírez and David Medina.

The resources available will make possible a module in two languages, Spanish and English, everything will be translated both ways.

We will work 10:00 till 18:00, on a particular scheduling.

10:00 – 11:15- Zom Session.

11:15- 11:45 – Break

11:45- 13:00- Zom Session.

13:00 – 14:30- Lunchtime

14:30 -15:45- Zom Session.

15:45 – 16:15- Break

16:15- 17:30 – Zom Session.

There are plenty of breaksm this is a format already tested for Hakomi with really good reviews!.
